The street collection total is currently £10,411, with a little more to come in. We are absolutely delighted that we have achieved our goal of breaking the £10,000 target that we have been so close to in recent years. This beats our previous record of £9,283 set last year by £1,128. It is also to the best of our knowledge a new all time record collection for any Sussex bonfire or carnival society. We would like to thank all of the collectors and also the spectators who contributed to our collection buckets and helped us to reach this new record amount in our 65th year.
