We are very excited, as it is set to be the biggest within our 73 year history.
We have a total of 50 entries in our procession, which consist of carnival entires, marching bands, and visiting bonfire societies from across Sussex.
We will be building our bonfire as of Tuesday 21st October 2025 from 09:00hrs. We will be building the bonfire until Thursday 23rd October 2025. However from Thursday will be pallets only. The bonfire site will be open from 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs.
Cole’s Funfair will once again be present at the event and will be oepn from 14:00hrs on Saturday 25th Ocotber 2025. The funfair is located on the seafront prom by East Beach Cafe.
On the day itself, from 10am the High Street will feature collectors, music from organs, and our very own Littlehampton Bonfire Society stall which will be selling programmes and other items for purchasing which will help us riase funds for future events.
There will be road closures for the event, two roads closures that will go live at 17:30hrs (Maltravers Road, St Catherines Road). From 12:00hrs until 22:45hrs, Beach Road – residentail side will be closed. All other road closures will go live from 19:00hrs until 22:45pm. However, the town closures will open up as the procession moves to allow vehicles to drive through the town and out of town by using New Road.
EV Charging Point along the procession route will be switched off from Friday 24th Ocotber 2025 from 12:00hrs through to Sunday 26th October at 09:00am.
Any vehicles left on the route in an area with a parking prohibition will be towed by Westbourne Motors and taken to the Littlehampton Police Station where you will be free to collect your vehicle.
Residents who live on any of the following roads will be issued with parking permits which will be left on your vehicle windscreens prior to the event. Anyone that does not receive a parking permit, you can visit the Littlehampton Baptist Church on the day in Fitzalan Road by seeing our Secretary, but you must live in one of the following roads and must provide proof via a driving licence. Roads permits are issued: Beach Road – residentail side, St Catherines Road and South Terrace – from St Catherines junction to Norfolk Road.
